Great location and the double room was comfortable for a single traveller. They have a lift and 24 hour reception. Very helpful staff.

Excellent location- very proximal to Chinatown and public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room as expected though we weren't too keen on the frosted bathroom door!! There is a clothesline of sorts on the top floor which was handy given how hard it is to dry clothes in the Singapore climate.

Whilst not the most luxurious hotel in Singapore, Jayleen Clarke Quay more than satisfied our needs. The facilities and rooms showed their age but were well cleaned and we felt very comfortable. The staff were pleasant to deal with and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. For special mention is the lady I referred to as 'Mama' who ran breakfast. Vivacious and full of good cheer made going to breakfast a delight. And speaking of breakfast, a great selection af choices that never left us unsatisfied.. In summary, if you can see past the age, anyone staying here will have a pleasant stay.

Awesome staff, Michel at the reception was very kind and helpful. Was given a what information that we were looking for. Very close to the Chinatown and all the other food courts and shopping areas and also the Gardens by the Bay which was a great escape for a family. I would recommend the property for my friends, surely.

Near MRT, clean room, good service, Thanks to Mr. Willy & others. Will stay again, location very good. Near hotel, machine juice with coin available, my son very love it😆

the place is clean and very accessible to MRT, 7/11, and Clarke Quay Central. also walking distance to Merlion and other spots in the downtown area
